Email support@itwasneveryou.app and a human will get back to you. Including your anonymous device ID (Settings → About in the app) helps us find your credits and jobs — it’s the only identifier we have.
Big batches genuinely take a while. Keep the app open and your phone plugged in for large jobs. If nothing has changed after several hours, force-quit the app, reopen it, and check the timeline again — it re-syncs with the server. Still stuck? Email us.
Usually this means the person couldn’t be clearly found in the photo (odd angles, crowds, low light), or the photo was declined by content screening. Failed photos are automatically refunded to your credit balance.
Every edit is reversible. In the app, open the timeline and undo photos individually or all at once. Outside the app, open any edited photo in Apple Photos, tap Edit, then “Revert to Original.”
Credits usually appear within seconds. If not: make sure you’re online, then relaunch the app — interrupted purchases are recovered automatically at launch. If the credits still aren’t there, email us with your device ID and the App Store receipt.
Uploaded photos are deleted automatically within 72 hours. To also delete your anonymous device record and credit ledger, see the privacy policy — one email and it’s done.
